Rules and conditions for using Apocalypse LC, its website, game services and community features.
By creating an account, accessing the game or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Refund Policy.
Service and eligibility
Apocalypse LC is an independent, fan-operated game service. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the original game publishers or trademark owners.
You must be legally able to accept these terms. If you are a minor in your country, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use of the service and any payments.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity performed through your account. Do not share passwords or reuse credentials from other services.
Contact the Apocalypse LC team promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We will never ask for your password.
Player conduct
You may not cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized automation, attack the service, impersonate staff, scam other players, trade stolen accounts or disrupt the community.
Harassment, threats, hate speech and the publication of another person’s private information are prohibited. Staff may investigate activity and apply proportionate sanctions to protect the service and its players.
Virtual items and game progress
Accounts, characters, virtual currency, VIP benefits and virtual items are licensed for use inside Apocalypse LC. They do not represent real-world money, ownership rights or a guaranteed monetary value.
Game balance, rewards, item statistics, availability and server features may change when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security or gameplay balance.
Payments, VIP and subscriptions
Before paying, review the product description, price, currency, duration and included rewards. VIP subscriptions may renew automatically through the selected payment provider until canceled.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but normally does not reverse benefits already delivered for the current billing period. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy, applicable law and payment-provider rules.
Suspension and termination
We may warn, restrict, suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, threaten service security or harm other players. Serious violations may result in immediate action.
You may stop using the service at any time. Account termination does not automatically create a right to reimbursement for previously delivered digital benefits.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Apocalypse LC available and secure, but uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, updates, technical failures or events outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect access.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated when the service, rules or legal requirements change. Material changes will be announced through the website or official community channels.
