Refund Policy
How Apocalypse LC handles payments, delivered digital rewards, subscriptions and payment issues.
Virtual currency, VIP access and in-game items are digital benefits. Please verify the account, package, price and currency before completing payment.
General policy
Payments are generally final once the purchased virtual currency, VIP time or virtual item has been successfully delivered or activated.
This policy does not limit consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law or rights provided by the payment provider.
When we will review a request
Contact us if you experience a duplicate charge, an unauthorized payment, an incorrect package, a payment completed without delivery, or a technical failure that prevents the purchased benefit from being used.
Each request is reviewed using payment records, account activity and delivery logs. Approval is not automatic and depends on the circumstances.
VIP subscriptions
You can cancel a recurring VIP subscription through the payment provider to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not normally refund or remove the current active billing period.
If a subscription renews after a valid cancellation request, contact us with the payment transaction details so the charge can be investigated.
Items already used or transferred
Refunds are normally unavailable when virtual currency or items have been consumed, traded, transferred, sold, opened or otherwise used, except where required by law.
Attempting to retain or transfer delivered benefits while requesting a reversal may result in the account being temporarily restricted while the payment is investigated.
How to request help
Provide your account name, transaction ID, payment date, amount, currency and a short explanation. Never send your password or full payment-card details.

Approved refunds
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times are controlled partly by the payment provider and financial institution.
Any benefits associated with a refunded payment may be removed from the account.
